Warranty Info

We warranty our parts for life. This warranty covers the operation and function of the part itself and protects it from any operational defects or failure of operation (due to design or materials) forever. We warranty against defects of the coatings/finish of the part prior to install. Once a part is installed we cannot/will not warranty any coating, finish, or cosmetic attribute. We do not warranty parts that are damaged or become inoperable due to intentional abuse or improper modification of the part. Please inspect and bring to our attention any cosmetic defect before installation. We try to describe our finishes and their attributes as accurately as possible on our Coatings and Finishes info page. We cannot guarantee any amount of wear protection as we cannot control conditions of their use. Any issue regarding finishes is reviewed on a case by case basis and is not covered under the warranty and returns policy after installation or use. We make NO guarantee of the cosmetic appearance of any part. Please contact us with any questions about our warranty. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not take refunds of items out of packaging, used, or installed items.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a cash refund. We do offer exchanges toward other True Precision products if your item is brand new, unopened, and in original packaging (unused and never installed). To request a return you must email info@true-precision.com within 30 days of recieving your product. Once a return is approved we will issue a RMA (Return Authorization Number) to include with your returned item (write number on outside of box or on note inside of box with prodcut). Also include original or copy of receipt of purchase. Send returns/exchanges to: True Precision, 4462 Bretton Ct, Suite 5 Acworth, GA 30101.

Warranty claims.
Please follow the directions in the return field above (Returns) for warranty claims as well. A request for a warranty claim must be emailed to info@true-precision.com. We do not offer cash refunds under our warranty but offer a replacement or credit toward other True Precision products. Once the warranty claim is approved we will notify you via email and will work with you to determine a replacement product.

Refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and covered under our warranty or have been approved beforehand. If you need to exchange a new, unuse item for another True Precision product, send us an email at info@true-precision.com and obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first and send your item to: 4462 Bretton Court, Suite 5 , Acworth, GA, 30101, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4462 Bretton Court, Suite 5 , Acworth, GA, 30101, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
