Welcome to our definitive guide on harnessing the full potential of our TRUE Rewards program. But before we delve into the specifics of earning and redeeming points, here is the "why" behind this initiative.

And now, to take this commitment a step further, we're thrilled to launch the TRUE Rewards program.

How You Can Make the Most of TRUE Rewards:

Join the Program:

  • Create an Account: Begin earning points by creating an account HERE. This initial step rewards 1,000 points.
  • Bonus 500 points: Checking the Newsletter box on the account sign up page will get you an additional 500 points and ensures that you will stay in the loop for all our special offers, product releases, and to see the Build of the Week (generally, we send 1-2 emails a week).

Build Your Initial Points

  • Engage with Us on social media:
    • Instagram: Join our Instagram community for an easy 1,000 points.
    • Twitter: Sync with our Twitter updates and earn 500 points.
  • Stay Connected:
    • SMS Marketing: Sign up for SMS marketing/notifications and earn 2,000 points (generally, we send out about 1-3 texts a month).

Review Your Purchase

  • Write a Review: Share your product experiences for 1,000 points.
  • Add a Photo to Your Review: Share a photo of your build and grab an additional 200 points.
  • Add a Video to Your Review: A video review will earn you another 300 points.

Points per dollar spent (Grow your Tier before the point limits go up):

  • Tier 1: Entry Tier - Every dollar spent generates you 10 points.
  • Tier 2: After spending $1000 - Every dollar you spend generates 15 points.
  • Tier 3: After spending $2000 - Every dollar you spend generates 20 points.

Points-to-Dollar Conversion: For every 1,000 points you amass, you get $5 off. To avail a complete $25 off, you'll require 5,000 points.

Redeem Your Points: Once you've gathered your points, visit the 'Redeem' section on our Rewards Page and exchange your points for discounts.
