Product Description >

Introducing The True Precision Extended Sig Sauer™ P365 Threaded Barrel for 6.5" Chassis Systems, a precision-engineered upgrade designed to elevate your Sig Sauer™ P365 experience with unmatched accuracy and reliable feeding. Measuring approximately 6.5" overall with integrated threads, this American-made barrel is compatible with P365 slides, FLUX™ Raider P365, and other modular chassis systems, delivering superior ballistics and durability through advanced cuts, chamfers, and a finely tuned feed ramp that outperforms OEM standards across all ammunition types.

----BELOW ARE IMPORTANT NOTICES FOR ALL CUSTOMERS OF THE FLUX COMPATIBLE EXTENDED BARRELS----

1) Extended barrels that protrude well past the slide—especially when paired with added weight such as a suppressor—can change the way the barrel unlocks compared to a standard-length setup. This shift in timing can lead to accelerated wear at the front of the barrel hood where it locks into the slide. The cause is the additional, unsupported weight forward of the slide, since the P365 platform was not originally engineered for this configuration.

To reduce wear and maintain reliability, we recommend tuning both the pistol and any muzzle attachments. Using a lighter recoil spring assembly can assist the barrel in unlocking smoothly, while opting for a longer slide can help delay the onset of wear and provide better overall balance when running extended or weighted barrels.

2) When using a suppressor with the unmodified FLUX P365 OEM shroud, you should use a standard booster (Nielsen device) designed for semi-automatic, tilting-barrel pistols. The True Precision barrel and OEM shroud combination is compatible with most common 9mm boosters and does not require modification to either the barrel or the shroud. Direct-thread suppressors without a booster are not recommended for this setup.

For extended barrels over 6" (True Precision or any other manufacturer), a 3.1" standard P365 slide cannot be used with the unmodified FLUX OEM shroud. The shorter slide increases the extended barrel’s downward angle into the shroud. For this reason, XL, XMacro, or FUSE slides are recommended. True Precision also plans to release an aftermarket shroud that will allow use of the 3.1" slide with extended barrels on the FLUX P365 system. In the meantime, modification of the OEM FLUX shroud can provide the necessary clearance when running extended barrels with the shorter 3.1" slide.
