CALIFORNIA FIREARM BARREL AND PARTS SHIPPING POLICY
California SB 704 and AB 1263 prohibit shipping firearm barrels and other firearm accessories or parts directly to residential addresses within the State of California. These requirements are being enforced on businesses beginning January 1, 2026.
All orders that include firearm barrels or other restricted firearm parts and that are shipping to California must be shipped to a California licensed FFL dealer for pickup. True Precision, Inc. will not ship qualifying barrel or parts orders directly to any California residential address, even if a background check is not required until 2027.
Customers placing orders that ship to California are responsible for selecting a licensed FFL dealer and providing the FFL dealer’s address as the shipping address at checkout, or promptly after placing the order. Orders will not ship until a valid California FFL has been confirmed as the delivery address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the chosen FFL dealer before placing an order to confirm that the dealer will accept the transfer and receive the shipment. Any transfer, processing, or pickup fees charged by the FFL dealer are the customer’s responsibility.
If a California FFL refuses a shipment or returns an order to True Precision, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. These return shipping costs are not refundable if the order is canceled after the shipment is returned.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARDS
Promotions are valid only during the stated period. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively and may not be combined unless stated. Stock limits apply.
- Promotional gift cards ship with qualifying orders when possible
- Cannot be used on the same order where earned
- Have no cash value, non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be resold
- May expire where allowed by law
- Must be returned or their value deducted if the qualifying order is refunded or altered so it no longer qualifies
Lost or stolen promotional gift cards will not be replaced.
RETURNS AFFECTING PROMOTIONS
If you return items from an order that qualified for a promotional gift card, we may require the unused card back or deduct its value from your refund.
SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once items are delivered to the carrier. Shipping delays or carrier issues follow our posted policies.
FRAUD AND ABUSE
We may refuse or cancel orders or promotional participation for suspected fraud, misuse, or attempts to game promotions.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages except where prohibited by law. In restricted jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify True Precision, Inc. against claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws or rights of others.
SEVERABILITY AND TERMINATION
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Either party may terminate use of the site at any time. You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in Georgia courts.
