Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by True Precision, Inc. (“True Precision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our standard Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Promotion Period

1.1. The Promotion is valid only during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale window as listed on our website, marketing materials, or official communications (the “Promotion Period”).

1.2. All qualifying orders must be placed and successfully processed during the Promotion Period. Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction); and
• Place a qualifying order through our official website or other authorized sales channels listed in our marketing materials.

2.2. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2.3. Employees, contractors, and agents of True Precision may be excluded from participation at our discretion.

3. Qualifying Products & Exclusions

3.1. Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion applies only to eligible True Precision products as listed or indicated on the product page or in our promotional materials.

3.2. The following are generally excluded from discounts and from earning promotional gift cards, unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Gift cards
• Taxes
• Shipping and handling charges
• Third-party services or fees
• Past purchases or backorders

3.3. We reserve the right to update or change the list of qualifying or excluded items at any time during the Promotion.

4. Discount Structure & Pricing

4.1. Any advertised discount (for example, a percentage-off sale) will be applied to qualifying items in your cart during the Promotion Period, either:

• Automatically at checkout; or
• By entering a valid promotional code.

4.2. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the Promotion Period.

4.3. Discounts may not be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions, unless explicitly stated.

4.4. All prices and discounts are in U.S. dollars. Promotional pricing is valid only while supplies last.

5. Promotional Gift Cards

5.1. As part of the Promotion, certain qualifying orders may receive a physical promotional gift card (“Promotional Gift Card”) included inside the shipment. Any qualification criteria (e.g., minimum spend, product combinations) will be specified on the website or in marketing materials.

5.2. Delivery of Gift Cards

• Promotional Gift Cards will be shipped in the same package as the qualifying order whenever reasonably possible.
• If shipped separately, we will send them to the shipping address associated with the qualifying order.

5.3. Use of Promotional Gift Cards

• Promotional Gift Cards are not valid on the same order in which they are earned. They may only be redeemed toward future purchases from True Precision.
• Promotional Gift Cards have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
• Promotional Gift Cards are not reloadable and cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged, except where required by law.

5.4. Expiration & Restrictions

• Any expiration date or usage restrictions (e.g., product category limitations, minimum spend) will be printed on the card or stated in the accompanying materials.
• Where prohibited by law, Promotional Gift Cards may not expire, and any conflicting printed expiration term shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

5.5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• True Precision is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Promotional Gift Cards.
• We are under no obligation to replace lost or stolen cards, or to credit their value to your account.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Order Changes

6.1. Returns on Orders with a Promotional Gift Card

• If you return an order (in whole or in part) that qualified for a Promotional Gift Card, you may be required to return the unused Promotional Gift Card in order to receive a full refund.
• If the Promotional Gift Card has already been redeemed, the value of the card (up to the refund amount) will be deducted from your refund.

6.2. Partial Returns

For partial returns, we reserve the right to recalculate whether the remaining purchase still meets the criteria for the Promotional Gift Card and/or discount. If it no longer qualifies, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

6.3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to our standard return and exchange policy. If an exchange alters the order such that it no longer qualifies for the Promotion, we may adjust the applicable credit or refund to reflect that.

6.4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be modified to add or claim promotional items after checkout.
• If you cancel your order or it is cancelled due to payment failure, fraud, or other issues, you will no longer be eligible for any related Promotional Gift Card or discount.

7. Limitations, Availability & Errors

7.1. The Promotion is valid only while supplies last. We do not guarantee availability of any specific product or Promotional Gift Card.

7.2. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per order, per customer, or per household;
• Substitute a Promotional Gift Card or item of equal or greater value, if necessary;
• Correct pricing, typographical, or system errors, even after an order has been submitted.

7.3. In the event of a pricing or promotional error, we may cancel orders affected by the error and refund any amounts paid.

8. Fraud, Misuse & Abuse

8.1. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke participation in the Promotion for any customer we believe is:

• Engaging in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Promotion or our systems; or
• Attempting to game the Promotion (for example, by repeatedly ordering and returning items to obtain multiple Promotional Gift Cards).

8.2. Promotional Gift Cards obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means are null and void and will not be honored.

9. Risk of Loss & Shipping

9.1. Title and risk of loss for physical products, including Promotional Gift Cards, pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

9.2. Any shipping delays, carrier issues, or damage in transit are subject to our standard shipping policies and any claims must be made in accordance with those policies.

10. Changes to the Promotion or Terms

10.1. True Precision may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.2. Any such changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted before the date of the change, unless required by law or due to a pricing or system error.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Precision and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, Promotional Gift Cards, or these Terms.

11.2. Our maximum aggregate liability to any participant for any claims related to the Promotion shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that participant for the qualifying purchase.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1. These Terms and the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
