The barrel also omits the loaded chamber indicator (LCI) cut, creating a clean surface at the top of the chamber and reducing potential debris buildup. With an enhanced feed ramp and tight tolerances, this barrel delivers smooth cycling and consistent, accurate performance.

The P365-FUSE features a slide that blends the best elements of our Duty and Axiom series into a unique hybrid design found only on this model. Cut from a solid billet of stainless steel and finished in black nitride, the slide includes practical forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation, along with a clean, balanced profile that combines utility with visual appeal. It is pre-cut for RMSc-footprint optics, allowing you to mount red dots without extra machining. Suppressor-height Night Fision sights come standard, giving you a clear sight picture with or without an optic installed.

Just behind the slide sits our True Precision billet backplate, made from high-grade stainless steel and finished in matching black nitride. It features an embossed TRUE logo and provides improved grip and durability over OEM parts.
